Anyone used the Lastolite MegaLite?

What is the difference between this thing and the Hilite? They look exactly the same except this thing is cheaper...

Anyone have any experience with these?

I have Megalite. Its about 4ftx6ft in size and about 1.5ft deep. I do not use this as a background but as a softbox. It opens up like a reflector and very fast to setup. Lastolite Hilite, on the other hand is much bigger in size, about 7ft by 8ft and is mostly use as a background.

I've purchased a few items from Fotodiox, foldable octas etc. There quality is better than one would expect considering the price point.
