I'm assuming you mean the EOS 100f. As long as the lenses are Canon and have the EF mount, they are supported. Some third party, especially the older ones, may not work without a firmware upgrade to the lens.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

The first lens is definitely a Sigma brand lens. It says "SAF" on it so I am guessing is uses the Sigma SAF mount (not an EF mount). It might work on new Sigma cameras but not on Canon cameras.

That second one has a screw-on mount (not an EF mount). The "Bower 72mm P.L" thing may be a filter which is screwed on to the front of the lens. Here is one for sale on eBay (external link).

More pictures might help. Surely one or both of these lenses have markings on them which are now shown in these photos.

The second "lens" appears to be an auxiliary lens, that screws into another lens or mounts on a point n shoot camera to make it a wide angle (it appears to have a 0.38X multiplier). It looks to be attached to some sort of adapter already, but who knows what that fits, and to have a Bower P.L. (linear polarizing) filter on the front. That suggests it was used with something other than an auto focus camera at some time. A linear polarizer isn't usable with an AF camera, a circular polarizer is needed. It might be possible to get an adapter that allows this auxiliary lens to mount to a lens, but don't expect high quality from it. It likely won't be anywhere near as good as a true wide angle lens. Remove the filter, though, if you do try to use it.

The Sigma lens appears to be a complete, and an AF lens... but besides the possibility it's in another mounting system (indicated by SAF as previous post notes), there may be another problem. I couldn't find any info on EOS 100F camera... but did find EOS 1000F from 1990. If the lens fits that and is from the same time frame, there's a good chance it won't work properly on a newer DSLR. Sigma lenses in particularly have had some compatibility issues over the years. For example, I have a newer 28-70 Sigma that works fine on EOS-3 film camera (1998) and on 10D DSLR (2003), but on any of my later DSLRs it causes the camera to lock up and give an error message as soon as it tries to focus. In the past with some of the more valuable Sigma lenses they offered free fix for compatibility issues. But likely yours and mine aren't covered by that or worth fixing (I paid all of $7 US for that 28-70).

Anyway, I suspect neither of those shown is likely to be very useful. So you would probably be best served just getting a couple of the entry-level, Canon kit lenses for use with the new camera... The 18-55 IS is a decent little lens often sold in kit along with the cameras for very little additional money. The Canon EF-S 55-250 IS is another relatively inexpensive option to start out with, sometimes also offered in kit with the cameras. But even separately, it's not expensive. Both can be bought for relatively little on the used market, too. (If you want to go that route, check the classifieds here on POTN, you might find some of each offered.)

The Sigma will probably work.. on Aperture or Manual priority only, with the aperture set wide open only. The electronic camera/lens communication that tell the lens to stop down with the newer DSLR is not functional. Bottom line is it isn't very useful when you can only use it wide open all the time.

I sadly had to sell a sigma 50mm macro because of this very problem. they use to re-chip them, but don't anymore, I suppose it is not cost efficient.

Godox/Flashpoint r2 system, plus some canon stuff.

i'm surprised the mount says canon inc on the sigma lens...

are you just looking to take pictures, or do video as well...you can get older cameras without video capabilities for rather cheap...

what's your total budget, that'll help with recommendations on what DSLR to get

as others mentioned old sigma lenses have an issue with newer DSLR's a lot of the times...so it may not work...anything canon branded will work...the screw on adapter you have would work on the same filter threads, although the usefulness would come into question

I don't think that is a picture of the Sigma lens. Look at the lower left corner. That feature isn't on the picture above.

To the OP: All Canon branded EF series lenses will work on all EOS cameras including all of the new EOS DSLRs. Other brands may or may not work, you'll have to try them.
