Caught this at an airport..

This little girl walks up with her parents at the aiport,.. and the father says something along the line of..."sweety, that's our plane..etc etc"

I call it "Innocent Anticipation"

I like this a lot. perfectly captured.

I think it should be cropped tighter and the highlights on her face subdued a little. Other then these minor corrections it is a very well done photo.

Excellent capture...my uncle got a shot of my like this 25+ years ago when I was very young. It's one of my favorite shots and one of the reasons I started liking photography at a young age. I thought the picture was "cool" as I got older. It was taken back in the 70s and was printed on that old 8x10 paper.

Tighter crop. Maybe where the frame is near the center. If you cropped it there, that glass would lead you to her face compositionally.

I did the the permission to take it actually.. too bad i didn't get their email address because i would've loved to have sent them a copy.

I see what you all are saying about the tighter crop.. but I wanted to keep it the way it was to add to the "art" of the shot.. the "where are her eyes wandering.." thing. I'd I did a 4x3 crop or even just cut it off, it would've ruined my "as-shot" composition.

Someone else mentioned the facial highlights.. It was a tough balance between her face's and her reflections ... and again, if I went any darker, I'd start to ruin what I was going for which was a dreamy look..not softfocus obviously, but done so by a bit of blown-out features. Also, any darker and her breath on the window becomes mud.
