...UFO Pumpkin Beer

Just messing around tonight, getting into the Fall and Halloween mood. Open to any and all C&C, but specifically, do you think the image is too bright or too dark? According to Lightroom, the none of the highlights are blown and none of the blacks are crushed, but would you brighten everything, keep it the same, or darken everything a bit more?

I like the light level. It's not too bright, just a tad too harsh. Try filtering the source a bit? I also think you should either move the source back or use two sources, one centered on each of the rear bottles. That would get rid of the shadowed distortion at the bottom of the rear bottles. Try smacking the front bottle before the shot to create outgassing (bubbles) and shoot a fine spray mist of water on the shoulder to give the appearance of a chilled brew. Great shot overall though! :D

Excellent suggestions. I think the mist would really add some detail. That bottle was actually empty :D, but I might try to do the bubble idea next time...or maybe even hit the bottle on the table and make it foam over the top. The light source is a desktop halogen lamp that is so bright and hot that it can literally burn paper, so I'm scared to put anything over it. lol
