Even More Humpback Whales Breaches - 8/5/12

These photos were taken on 8/5/12. Most of these pics are of Scylla's calf from this season. This calf quickly became a favorite of mine as just about everytime we see it we get quite the acrobatic display. It was a rough and windy day and I've found that the pics on days like this don't usually come out all that great. The water and colors almost always look funky and for some reason this whale seemed to like breaching in the glare of the sun on this trip, but I still ended up with several keepers.

#1 - This is not the calf. This is an adult male named Ember. The rest is the calf.
