Anyone know of a way to get Speedlite AF Assist Beam to work when it is attached on top of RF-603?

If there is no way around it, what is the best ways secure RF-603 once is connecting to the body via Syn cable? It would be great if the On/Off button is accessible after it is secured.

Thanks for sharing in advance!

I don't think this is possible. I think AF assist relies on ETTL, which the 603's do not support. The 603's do not support ETLL pass through for a speedlight mounted on top.

AF assist also do not work event I have it through syn cable (not pass through) :(. The same body and cable, 602 works perfectly fine.
