Looks a little over processed. Composition works. Looks like it needs to be straightened a bit.

Nice composition. I don't think it's overprocessed. However, you're not using the entire tonal range, i.e., the black end. This makes the shot look less dramatic. The red arrow in the levels histogram below indicates where I moved the black slider for what I think is a less washed out appearance. I can't post the result because you don't have image editing turned on. Note that you may have some clipping on the white side. I think it's the water where it reflects the lightest part of the sky. In my opinion it's no biggie. It's a nice shot. Frame it and put it on a wall.

thanks, i adjusted per your suggestion. you are right i like this better. btw how did you determine that the blacks needed adjusting?
