A friend of mine has a New Canon 5D Mark2. He wants to downgrade and trade for my 1yr old T2I also wants my Canon 24-70 2.8; Canon 50m 1.4 plus $300 cash. Will you guys make this trade? I know its lens before body...but?

Sep 15, 2012 13:15 | #5 Yeah just average out the selling prices for all that equipment over the past 1-2 months. You'll see he is getting the better end of the deal. Ask him to add cash to that deal to make it even so it is fair for both of you. If he doesn't, you may as well just sell all your stuff and buy a 5DII from someone else. Laurence

. I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he still thinks his camera is worth more than it is. But yea, the OP would be getting massively screwed in that trade.
