It is a nice shot, subject and lighting are good, but he is too centred. Would be nice to know what he is pointing at, or a clue as to who he is looking at.

I have no idea what he was looking at but i'm guessing a bird as there were lots of pigeons flying around!

Nice shot, great capture of an expression. See how it looks taking a little off the top. There's a lot of room around him. Make him more prominent.
