Hello and welcome to the forums.

That is a superb flight shot, unfortunately I don't know what it is though. You can increase the magnification by adding extension tubes at the expense of some light loss. You have a great macro lens and you would gain very little from replacing it.

and please tell me that is there any way I can increase the magnification of
this lense or any other lense better than this one.......
Any help will be apprecited.......

Its a Potter Wasp - dont know which species as you dont say where you took it. Thats its nest that it builds in sandy grounds. Thats quite an opening shot for your new lens - you have a great career ahead. You can increase magnification with extension tubes or attachment close up filters. Bellows are another less handy alternative.

Amazing shot, and welcome to the forum. As foxbat said, extension tubes will allow to increase the magnification, although it will decrease your working distance and amount of light. It appears as though you used a flash on the capture, and this will become a very important assest with extension tubes.

Hi Dancinec,

This shot was taken in natural light with ISO 200 f/8 with 1/640......
I only started photoGraphy Eight months back.......
I don't know much about the field very much (as it is very big and I am only a Beginner)
I bought Canon 350D in mid-june this year......before that I didn't even
know what is aperture, DOF, Shutter speed etc....and since than I've
added a few lenses to my equipment but not a Flash........

Can you please tell me that how big a difference an external Flash makes....I mean does it take photography to a new level........
and how many type of flashes are there.........

Thank you for the comment Dancinec.....
