I've got a birdfeeder in my backyard with bird seed in, wanting to attract birds to practice photography on. Getting photo's of them eating the seed is easy ....

Trying to get them on a provide perch is more difficult as they don't stay there very long. This is the shot I would like more of but I only get one go and as you can see here I have just missed the focus on this one.

Also have a birdbath under the feeder which is getting more popular.

I'm lucky enough to have Sunbirds here, but they only stop by briefly to see what the other birds are eating and fly off. What do you feed nectar eaters like these guys?

My flash batteries went dead, and this is the result for those who wonder about the better beamer.
