My daughter and fiance. Same trip to Vancouver. Far from perfect but I am hoping to use some of them as table numbers.
Any suggestions and feedback would be appreciated. I will keep it mind for next visit or any suggestions on editing.

Thanks
Karen

first congratulations to your daughter

pictures are good for me. only thing i would do is watch the backlighting a bit as being too bright can be distracting to your subjects, in this case would be your daughter and fiance.

Thank You!

Would you suggest I clone the background to the darker color.

Thanks
Karen

i wouldn't clone it as its a nice background but i would bring it down a bit maybe with a graduated filter with a slight opacity using a layer mask and then you can adjust as needed.

First pic, the daughter seems a bit off to me, like too much dodging?

Congrats though!

First one is cropped a bit too tightly to the young lady's back...Great looking couple though.

Both images look like the blacks are too clipped. This is more of an issue with the second image than the first. They also both look a bit over-sharpened.

Did you do some sort of shadow recovery on the first image?

Nice looking couple. :)

Thank you! I burned her arm in PSE to make it darker and I used Portrait Pro on very low levels.

Thanks so much. I cropped at 4X6, because I want to print it.

Blacks clipped does that mean not dark enough? I used a paint the moon preset for sharpening and brought the opacity down to 70%
I believe I did in RAW.
Thank you! and thanks for the feedback.

By the blacks being clipped too much I mean that you've lost a lot of details in the shadows by having much too high of a black point. The image I've attached shows how much clipping is taking place. If you use ACR as your Raw converter move the "Blacks" slider to the left. If you hold the Alt key down (on a PC) as you move the slider the image being displayed will go black other than the areas that are clipped. By not clipping so much you will see better detail in her eyes, their hair and the fabrics.

I have no idea what a "paint the moon" preset is for sharpening :) Maybe instead of using a preset created by someone else leave your sharpening as the last step in PSE and use Unsharp Mask instead.
