Very twisted. It would probably work better without big verticals though.
You might brighten the kid's face some.

Press the delete button. No idea what you are even trying to accomplish with this but as a portrait it's bad.

I was messin around with long exposure while spinning the camera in circle and finding my subject before second curtian flash. I know its not great however during the five second exposure with all that was going on I was happy to even see a face. It was an experiment, I'm sure everyone here has tried things out of the box.I just posted my results....guess that was a bad thing.
I call it trial and error... learned a lot too

Lighten his face a bit and I'd call it a keeper. It's always fun to try new things, who knows what mught happen? :)

It's different, I kinda like it, if you could brighten him up some it would help. I'd keep it...

I think it's kind of cool, makes me think of a vortex. Agree with others about maybe more direct and/or more powerful flash for a better exposure of the kid.

All I had was the on-board flash...kind of a last minute shot before dark....My son yelled "hay dad up here" the rest is history. I saw this done on-line however there photo turned out much better..o well I tried and thats what its all about.

Don't let the naysayers hold you back man. It takes time to perfect a technique or style, and I like the concept you have going. I like to tinker with long exposure shots and lights and stuff, most of them come out as if the camera was on LSD but sometimes I get a cool one :)
