Hi,
I would like a suggestion on a macro photography tripod, my budget is less than 100$
and a focus rail too.

For your budget, figure on used, and probably well-used (something 10+years old), like a Bogen 3021, and forget about the focusing rail in that $100 budget. That'll cost you still more. Jon
