suggestion to a macro photography tripod

Hi,
I would like a suggestion on a macro photography tripod, my budget is less than 100$
and a focus rail too.

Something with a horizontal center column. I like my Manfrotto 055X PROB. It's heavy... which is ok if you're not going to do a lot of hiking :)

Can't say I use a tripod much for macro, though.

Read this carefully. For your budget, figure on used, and probably well-used (something 10+years old), like a Bogen 3021, and forget about the focusing rail in that $100 budget. That'll cost you still more.

I prefer a light tripod, becase I will go hiking and Ill travel with it alot..
Focusing rail costs around 10-30$ on ebay, but I dont know if it's a good rail.
The Oben tripod looks very nice, someone suggested me to buy the Slik SPRINT MINI II tripod, its cheaper than the Oben, is it good too?

For Macro photography in the field you just can't beat a Benbo. It'll take you to places other tripods won't. In studio, it really doesn't matter.
