RARA is a business, and like every other business they're in it for a profit. This year expenses were [Seemingly] up and attendance of both spectators and racers was [Unofficially] down.

I'm sure the insurance bill didn't help the bottom line.

I'm hoping with the mandated changes having worked well this year, that bill will come down some next year and attendance will also come back up.
