She's truly a beautiful young lady.

If the background bothers you, you still have some options. Since you allow image editing, I hope you don't mind. I used a Gaussian blur filter to defocus the background in one version and I cropped her tight in the second version, basically removing the background. Perhaps this will give you some ideas to revise the image the way you would like it.
