Any idea of what this little guy is? I rescued it from the swimming pool twice this month.

In TX we would call it a ground snake, but as small as it is, makes it hard to identify. Maybe a black racer.

That's the VERY venomous green midget pool snake!! You're braver than me. Nobody has handled one and lived to tell about it. ;-)a
