Omar, you know what feature I like with the 5D3? Zone AF. The tracking is superb! It makes a soccer mom look pro. :)

7D has it. Comes in handy with sports and kids as long as you control the focus tracking sensitivity.

man... I don't even know how to get to downtown Tokyo if only bus is running  I have to cycle there :lol:

is everything ok there in NYC now Omar?

We will finally have some form of subway tomorrow but everything from 34th street down is shut down. I will draw it out for you later so you can see what I mean. But at least I will have the train to my job.

All bridges and tunnels to manhattan for tomorrow and Friday between 6AM - 12AM will require 3 or more people in them. Carpooling in effect. If not you can not come into manhattan.

I agree with that as traffic was terrible today! I get to work in 45 minutes in a regular day but today? 4.5 hours and only because I got off and walked 60 city blocks if not it would have taken me longer to get to work.

4.5 hours? By the time you got to work, it would've been lunch time. ;) Should've just called in or tele-commute option?

The NYC subway map for the next two days...

Multiple train lines cancelled and most of the cut in two.

They're gonna screw it up like they did with Episodes 1,2, & 3.:p

Lucas isnt involved anymore really.. So hopefully not...

The problem Id see with doing the Thrawn Trilogy is its too close to the end of ROTJ if i remember right, and Luke/Leia/Han are still involved, which means their actors will have a hard time (They're all getting up there in years...) so recasting is likely going to have to happen.. That or a ton of CGI makeup...

its been way too long since I was reading the novels and stuff... I'd say theyd have to set the next movie ahead for one of Luke or Leias kids to become the focus... Cause I know theres quite a few Skywalkers around in the novels...

I know the 7D hast it but, it's a pumped up version on the 5D III. It's more accurate than the 7D ever was. :)

Yeah, it has presets and such the 7D does not have, the 7D requires a lot more reading and experimentation to get it setup JUST right, the 5DIII and 1DX give you some good baselines to start off with...

For sure. That's the one thing I liked about the 5D III. The presets. If it was me though, I'd rather go all out and get a 1D X.
