navydoc Cream of the Crop More info | Very cute shot. I think I prefer the color version too but on my monitor, there seems to be a greenish haze to the entire scene that a white balance adjustment would take care of. Here's a quick edit where I adjusted the white balance to my monitor for comparison. Image hosted by forum (615484) © navydoc [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. navydoc Cream of the Crop More info | I agree that most white balance adjustments tend to be a matter of taste...and how an image looks on ones own monitor. As far as the girls eyes, I made no changes there. The only adjustments I made were w/b and a slight increase in contrast. Gene - My Photo Gallery ||

Chet showed up to keep the place interesting More info | Sep 18, 2012 13:26 | #13 The edit is a bit strong for me, just looks blown out. I agree the original needs just a bit more pop. My eye says to somehow lighten the monkey on her right as he is over competing for the shots attention. And by far the color image is the route to take.
