Enjoying some cooler temps here in Houston. I was out at the Waterwall on Sunday afternoon and took a few candid shots - a first for me. The women with her child were magical, just lost in a moment together.

1. 105mm f8.0 for 1/160 ISO 400

finally, some cooler weather. Really like #2, even if she did move. I think #3 would be great (as in a wall hanger) if you removed the two couples and left the mother and child.

Wow, I went last month on a Sunday afternoon and it was totally packed. Was very hard to take the shots I wanted.

Great location, lots of possibilities there.


Canon 60D, Gripped, a bunch of consumer glass, and a really cheap tripod.....

Yeah... I didn't have time to setup the tripod for the swing-o-rama, but that might have looked great at 1/10 shutter... Many thanks,
