problem with batteries after recalibration of 5D

Hello, it's my frist post here.
I had focus problems in my 5D so it has been recalibrated in service. Now it works fine but all my batteries [three Canon and two Duracell] are getting empty very quickly. It started just after service. Before all batteries had worked fine. Is it possible that service could change something in camera and now it empties batteries much quicker?

Do you have acesss to another body that you could try out the batteries?

No. I also have old Powershot G5 which runs the same battery but I think it's hard to compare power consumption both cameras.
