Cloudy day from Hoboken.
If you have specific adjustment suggestion, I would appreciate it.

The sky is dull and boring, but i doubt there's much you could do with that because it looks like the sky was just dull and boring that day, but the composition/framing is nice and the buildings are all in focus and exposed well.

I'm a newbie, but what about adding some shadow to make the sky a bit more dramatic?

If you shot in raw there is quite a bit you can do with that. Try duplicating the layer in photoshop Crtl + J and then setting that layer to an overlay, rubbing out the buildings will leave you with a cool sky and then add vibrance to your shot as it will saturate only the unsaturated colours but it may bleach a little so you can counter it by lowering saturation a little maybe like 40% of whatever you add in vibrance. Come back and show us the result or send me the RAW and I will play with it.

Thanks for the input. I named it Gloomy NYC. So I left sky like that. However, it won't hurt to play with the sky a bit more dramatic like all of you suggested. I lost its raw file sadly.:o

but again, I will see what I can do. Thanks again sincerely.

Keeping you in my view.

I like the sky in the second one more, however the water color just looks "off" to me.
