Do the mods read my funny SPAM reports?

I usually try to make my spam reporting commical. Does anyone actually read them or am I just entertaining myself?

Whether they read it or not is one thing. They see it though. They get it in the email that tells them a post has been reported. Sometimes they just click the link but the link is right by the explanation so they kind of have to see it.

I am a moderator another forum that runs on VB which is how I know.

We do read what people have typed into the reported post description box, but we typically look to the content of the thread/post being reported which is included in the report and act accordingly.

We don't typically get email notifications of reports, but keep an eye on the section in the moderator area where they pop up. We have enough moderator coverage here to ensure that one or more moderators are "on duty" pretty much constantly.

The reporting of spam by vigilant members here is very much appreciated by the moderation team and goes a long way to keeping POTN as spam free as it is now.
