LOL, I know exactly how you feel. I will say that I bought it at the end of August for $100 more just before the Canon rebates expired. Well, I emailed Amazon and they agreed to refund me the difference. How many retailers out there today would do that?

I got it last Christmas for 1975 I believe. Then I was a brag and sold it!,,!

Keeps on getting better. It just hit my price target, which I set to $100 more than what I paid for it last year...

The EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM II is now in-stock new for $2065.41, which is below your price target of $2074.00.

You won't receive another price notification for 5 days, unless the price drops even lower.

Cheaper if you buy through Electronic Expo (seller on Amazon) $2035.44 + 9.99 shipping

--------------- Canon T2i + 18-55 kit + 55-250 + 50 f/1.8 = my basic gear

exactly, in this case about $20 difference is nothing.

If theres something wrong with the lens, you can just chat with Amazon CS and they'll email you free return shipping label and send you a new lens.

Or if something does happen shortly after, you don't need to deal with Canon, just get a new replacement from Amazon ! Of course, you shouldn't abuse it but you get my point !
