Tried my hand at some night shots in Zion NP - difficult to do any light painting because of the haze and smoke that has come down from Idaho - but I had some fun at the Watchman bridge - hope you enjoy :)

Looking Down Canyon from the Bridge - had to contend with a lot of cars driving up and down canyon in the middle of the night - go figure

I really like #2 - the reflection off the cliffs and glow behind the mountain leading into the Milky Way is really intriguing.

Very nice, Springdale actually adds a nice glow to #2.

Nice shots Marcy. I tried some night shots from there a couple years ago. It was almost a full moon, so I didn't get the sky as nice as yours.

Beautiful! Makes me miss that night sky out west. The closest I can get to a night sky with that many stars is in northern Michigan. Thanks for sharing.
