Great shots! My favorite is the sheep though. Something about it I really like!

Thankyou for posting these fantastic shots Dimitri - you have wet my appetite for a Scotland visit once more

The second Kilchurn Castle shot is fantastic. You have pulled everything together there, I'd put that one on my wall :)

THe landscapes you posted later are also beautiful, again, the second is my clear favourite. Must be the quality reflections

All very well shot

Thank you for taking the time to look at my photographs and enjoy the wonderfull Scottish countryside.
Its a once in a lifetime experience,don`t miss it.;)

Wow, what a wonderful series of such a unique place. You did an awesome job Dimitri. I LOVE the reflection of the castle, and the tree next to it makes the picture even more special. I can almost feel the tranquility by looking at these pictures.

I'm surprised nobody asked this question: Since when the Tokki 12-24 works on a 1.3cropped sensor? I thought the vignette makes it unusable if it is used on a body other than 1.6x.

This is a quote from another post by Dimitri regarding the Tokina;

Quote:
do you find there's any vignetting with the tokina 10-22 on the 1d mark IIn ? even when wide open?

Tokina 12-24 David , to be honest with you,i have never used it wide open,you see,i only use it for my landscape shots and thats always from f8 to f16.
Now,with the cokin filters on it,it starts vig. at around 17mm , (i always use the filters for landscape) and without the cokin i think it starts at around 14-15mm.
Ofcours you need to remember that on the N (1.3 sensor) , the 17mm is equal to around 12-13 on a 20D body,which ofcours is quite wide IMHO.

Hope that helps , regards.

There you go rebel,Cameron answered this for me,(chears Cameron,i wouldn`t even remember that statement:lol::lol::lol:or where to find it.:oops:).

Actually after a checkout,if i shoot without any filters,i can shoot quite comfortably from 13mm with this lens.;)
