Classes in Indianapolis

I am looking to take all types of photography classes in Indianapolis. Any suggestions? I do not want to attend a university full time. Thanks!

Actually, I think it's probably better and cheaper to read the manual a few times, get to know your camera, read a basic photography book, and practice. Worked for me.

Do you have a strong back? Maybe IndyJeff could use someone to carry his equipment on race weekends?

Yup, Robert's has classes around here, if you buy a camera from them then you might get a free class - ask them about it, not sure entirely, I bought an SLR from them and got one, never actually did use it though, just been caught up with other things I suppose

J Everett Light Career Center offers some basic classes too:

The JELCC classes are good intro classes that give you a basic explanation of a lot of areas, camera operation, exposure, lighting, composition etc, good basic class.
The IUPUI classes are part of the Continuing ED, so you don't have to be a full time student.

I'm not fond of the classroom setting, especially for photography... I'd rather be out shooting... If I could find a "field" class, that'd be great. But this private instruction seems to be better than a class.
