I've always shot in 24fps at 1080p, and I intend to for tomorrow's gig. My question is if I were to shoot some in 60fps at 720p so that I can create some slow-mo effect in post, How would I go about bringing that footage into a sequence that's already set up for 1080p? Do I just capture all of my footage at 24fps, 720p so that I can keep everything consistent? Or do I capture it at 1080p and then convert it down to 720p?

Perhaps do a test, set project preferences to 24fps then add one of both speeds and see if it exports at 1080p. That's how I just found out how mine works. If I had that software I could help more sorry

I'm using Premiere Pro CS6. You can shoot 1080/24p and 720/60p, combine both in a 1080/24p timeline, stretch out the 60p for your slowmo, and then output to 720p if you want everything to look the same, or 1080p, if you don't mind your slowmo footage being a little blurrer.
