I'm with El Duderino - it does look overdone (pushing the tonals too much to blue as well). and too saturated. I REALLY like the shot though - it is very clear and the view is amazing. Did you shoot multiple photos or converted a single RAW file to the HDR? I know what you mean about the tree but I couldn't quite move the tree myself! Haha! And I couldn't do anything about the cropping as there were just more trees to the left and I couldn't move myself any further to the left. Had to play with the cards I was dealt I guess.
