Thanks all for the kind words. I'll close it with an awwwww moment I didn't think was possible. While Mr Bull was posing for me his girls had jumped the other fence and were beatin' feet for the timber. Among the herd of cows were 3 yearlings, one of which was very small (I don't think she was this years calf cause elk moms won't cycle back in season while they are nursing. So Mr Bull would've run her off along with anything with testicles when the rut went to full roar. At least that's how it was xplained to me) Little one was the last to go over and was having trouble getting up the nerve running back and forth in front of the fence. Mr Bull went down the fence line and herded her back towards me. While she was standing there he jumped the fence and turned around and looked at her...and over she went. I got the shot of her watching...

...but duffed the shot of her, she didn't waste anytime after the demo. She ran off after the girls. Mr Bull stopped on a little knoll and reminded the boys down the valley who was still in charge...

Excellent set and editorial. KUDOS to you and your "300mm".

Have plenty of Canons, enough ammo, enough to blow 'em to "L". Now, I just have to learn to aim.
