Possibly a strange post title but Ive been trying to source the best type of gloves that are both waterproof but also allows easy access to camera buttons. Seen some around the net that are fingerless, which is not ideal. Seen others were the fingers of the gloves can be taken off to allow easy access to buttons.
Any recommendations of a type of glove for those wet horrible days you are out shooting landscapes. :)

If you have access to, what we call "cross country", ski shops you might check
their water proof gloves. I have some that I use for that purpose. REI.com here in the
U.S. carries an assortment of none bulky gloves for cross country skiers.

There is some outdoor shops nearby but i reckon the ones they have will be bulky. Ive heard lowepro do a good set but trying to source an online shop.

Not sure how easily you can find ones that are waterproofed, but I am a fan of the convertible fingerless gloves. I don't have great circulation in my hands so I need a fairly warm glove. Having the mitten cover is a big help.

Yeah. See I also shoot for a marathon photo company and I think waterproof ones would be a better bet as you can be out there for a few hours. Seems pretty hard to find good waterproof ones that are fairly thin and allows the fingers to be taken off , or bent over at least.
