These are about as good as it gets for kingfisher shots. Probably a lot of patience to get that close.

I love these shots, they're just beautiful Kenny. I've never been close enough to a kingfisher to even get a lousy shot.

Super detail and exposure on these Kenny, the last one is my favorite for pose and composition. Great work.

there have been several young ones fighting over the perches. that'll go on for a couple more weeks.. then most of them will leave, im probably a month or so they'll be hard to find here in tatamagouche bay
