The 2nd one is purposely dark with the light focus on the name. Was done with a led torch diagonally placed and a card blocking the full impact and direct a bit of light on the name. Background lit by my PC monitor

I'm new to this forum so I'm not sure what the protocol is for critique here?
To me they are nearly there images, the first one especially. They are quite nice but don't quite look "professional" yet ( something my work suffers from too!). Take a look at some luxury watch manufacturer websites, eg:

The lighting and reflections have a hyper-real quality about them that you could try and emulate.
Sorry if I've overstepped the mark, for all I know you don't want that glossy promo look and were after exactly what you got.

My objective was definitely not to achieve what you'd describe as a professional product shoot. I'd be earning happily earning if I were to emulate what is shown in the websites :)
