I tagged along with my wife on a business meeting in Baltimore this weekend. I said on Saturday night - hey, what about getting up at 3:00am and heading out for some night photography of the harbor. She responded "Do I look stupid". I set my alarm for 2:30 and went to bed. I awoke about 2:25 and decided I would turn off the alarm and go back to bed. Just when I was turning it off, she woke up and said "have a good time". Now the pressure was on so I decided to go. It is a little concerning going in the middle of the night with all your gear. I return back to the hotel room around 4:00am and below are four pictures - directly out of the camera and only re-sized in Lightroom.
I am really glad I went.
Don't bring up the comment about horizon - but liked the picture and can straighten in Lightroom.
