I don't know how I feel about this one. I kind of like it, but at the same time I feel like I could have PP'd it much better and made it look better, I just don't know how. Opinions/comments/criticisms??

To be honest, it is just so dark, I cant tell what I am supposed to be looking at (had you not titled it). You could maybe try to lighten her a bit, but if it were mine, I fear it would be one for the bin.

I like the shot, but I too think you could have processed it for a little more pop.

Personally, I would dodge the statue itself to make it stand out, then give it a pretty big "S" curve to enhance contrast and bring out detail in the clouds.

All I did was crop it then lighten the gamma then brought up the contrast....removed some of the noise and sharpen it... 5 minute edit.....

Because the colors are so drab, you might try a black and white version.

poor shot to start with so why not play with it......if you just say poor shot that gives the person nothing to work with,.....if you make suggestion on shooting it next time....or you edit it and tell him what you did...that's helpful....... that's the reason people come to critique ....if they post a perfect shot in critique they wasted their time..... and it won't be seen as much......people should feel welcome here and feel they can contact us in private and ask questions..... I like when someone sends me a pick and we talk in private.....they ask more questions.
