I was inspired by another member on here. It's not perfect, but it was my first attempt. Suprisingly, it only took about an hour. Next time I'll do better at getting a higher quality image.
Tip..If you don't sit in front of yourself, it sooooo much easier when making the selections during post processing. :)

Nice, been meaning to do this myself one day. Best part is, no matter who wins you still keep all the money!

No, I just selected ALL in three of the four pics and pasted them as new layers in the fourth. For each layer, I selected what I wanted to keep (me), inverted, then hit delete. That deleted all the background for that layer.
Really easy to do. I'm sure you could do this a lot of other ways.

Actually you are right, however, the only piece missing is a little patch of bluejean just under the arm of the image in the black shirt. The right leg is off to the right of the chair. Good catch, I didn't feel like going back after I noticed. :)

Interesting idea and it is also nice that you shared the process with the forum. The photo is pretty cool  with or without the one legged guy (oh yeah, that would be you;) ) All kind of possibilities with this process ...its just a matter of letting your imagination go with it.......Very nice work!

I think if you did it again, shave your face in one of the pics to make it look a bit different. nice job.

Ok, I fixed it. Still looks like he is missing a leg, but it's correct. For those interested, I made some post processing notes . Thought it might help:
After moving all images into your image editing software and resizing:
Select the image with the subject furthest away. This will be your main image (background layer) . Now select the image with the subject closest as the top layer and do a Select all, paste as new layer in the main image (background layer). Continue to select all with each image and paste as new layer. The next layer should have the subject next closest and so on until you get to the background layer with the subject furthest away. You can re-arrange the layers once you have them all pasted into the main image. The object is to have the top layer with the subject closest and each layer below with the subject next closest. I hope that makes sense..this is hard to explain.
Starting with the top layer...Use the selection tool (no feather) and select the subject then invert (I think this is inverse in Photoshop)selection and delete. This will delete the background and expose the layer below. Now Select none, then ensure you are on the next layer down and select the next subject (INCLUDING the subject of the above layer ) using the above process. When making the next selection, it will have to include the subject of the above layer.

good luck
