Honestly they all look a bit soft, but I'm guessing thats a webhosting issue. In #2 you need to decide whats important. She takes up a small part of the frame. I get that you were going for an environmental portrait look, but she is small and facing out of the frame. All the points of interest are behind or above her. Try to better integrate her into the scene.
in # 3 you need to crop differently. You have too much dead space off to the right. Try using the rule of thirds to get her upper body about a third of way in and her legs about a third of the way up the frame. That would put her head, hips, and feet at the intersection points.
Perhaps its my monitor, but she looks a little bit orange in the face to me as well.
Not bad, but you can do better with a bit more attention.
