Like them all except #8 with the lady in the background. Nice quality for such high ISOs. What autofocus case are you using on the 1Dx for these?

Phil, Your shots are awesome as usual. The school should be shamed into using new balls for matches. The ref should have thrown that ball away. Looks like there are two matches going on side by side, so the line judge from the other court is in #8.

Great shots but I kinda liked the Purple uniforms better. Guess the yellow and Bee logo makes
more sense though.

There will be plenty of times for the purple version in the next month. These gold are just so much better than the old yellow t-shirt type jerseys. I am excited to shoot the purple when we go away from home. Photos are just better when the uniforms have vibrant colors with a good design.

I should have posted this one instead of #8.

For comparison, here is last year's uniform at state. 400mm and 1D Mark IV

Phil: These are really excellent. Nice vantage point to shoot from. #4, 5 and 6 are my fav's. What Af case were you using? Could you go over your post process because you certainly have it perfected for high ISO. Thanks for posting.

Ben

Action is great as well as exposure and sharpness...basically what we've all come to expect from you. I'm not a fan of #8 for the reason mentioned already and the only other thing I'd say is that I prefer the WB on the final image over the others. Just seem a little warm to me.

I think the action and intensity are great. I'm going to go with namasste and say the WB is a little warm for me. I definitely prefer the cooler tones in the final image. The others look VERY yellow on my monitor. YMMV
