I have a chance to take some aerial photos this Sunday...
can anybody give me any tips and which lenses would be best for this?

Don't use the airplane for support when you shoot, it will induce a lot of vibration. Try to shoot with the door off or window removed, if not then make sure to clean the window that you'll be shooting out of very well. Kind of why I mentioned the 70-200. The f/2.8 version. You can kick shutter speed up a notch.
