You need to put a lid on your self important pride and take a good look at your own comments fella.
You were the one that was all upset and having a cry in the beginning, read your first few posts. It's only now you find it was a mistake you are getting all pissy at people that that gave a true opinion based on the limited information you gave us.

What I was told and what really happened is what made me upset.

don't see where anyone questioned your professionalism or charachter

It's all over this thread after about the 20th post. I responded to a joke with another joke. I guess no one has EVER done that in this profession... I'm sorry...

My wife as had kids and all I can say is you better be 6'5 120KG and all muscle if you want to refer to her or any other mother as damaged goods in my presence.
That one comment no matter how you want to cover your pathetic arse for it say's about all I need to know about your character and professionalism and given a face to face opportunity, I'd have no trouble pointing out just what I think of anyone that would comment like that. And don't belittle yourself any more by trying to pass it off as a joke or whatever. Your position was quite apparent.

You're overreacting now I think...

One thing is clear apart from your lacking maturity is your poor grasp of business and how to market and promote yourself. IF you have any smarts about you, you'll set your Ego aside for a moment and say, " what can I learn from what people have said here" and use the comments to benefit yourself.

In case you haven't read, I did apologize for saying what I said about the manager.

MY RESPONSE: You're right. That was inappropriate. I figured since this is mostly anonymous it will probably never get back to her. I have never mentioned her name or the name of the business she runs.

And if you REALLY knew me there would be no doubt that I have no ego. That is part of the reason why most of these comments are just bouncing off me. There is nothing to be learned because my character is being wrongly assumed here.

I don't judge peoples character by what they type in a forum. I judge people with a few criteria such as by the way they talk, the way they present themselves in a professional situation, and the way they act around their clients. I must say those of you criticizing me have never met me and have never seen any of the above traits so most of the criticism here means nothing. I don't know you so buzz off with your holier than thou attitude towards me.

Ya know, it's a shame when this happens to a thread on a forum such as this. It

a) really takes away from the main topic... What was it again? I almost forgot.
b) and it brings to light how much some people like to pick on others.

This is the first time it's ever happened in any of my posts. I think I have 120 of my own posts here so I guess that's a good thing.

Anyway, this has been resolved and all is well. I am back to shooting with them. They admitted their mistakes and all is good.

That being said, I still got screwed because I wanted to shoot this wedding. I knew the bride and it would have been really fun to shoot. But... as professional as I am, I am willing to forget and move on... That is what professionals do correct or should I hold a grudge and tell them to F*@k off next time they want me to shoot for them? Those of you judging my character falsely will take this a whole other way and add about 30 more unrelated posts to this thread.

FLAME AWAY!!! :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Shampoo sounds like an unfortunate name for a hair product.
You're a ghost driving a meat-coated skeleton made from stardust, riding a rock, hurtling through space. Fear Nothing!
