There's your problem right there. Take the filter off, especially at night.

Yea, i wrote that i tried that aswell.
No change.. :(

Edit*
the UV-filter have been on the lens since i bought it (brand new) and as i stated earlier.. i havent seen this before, and i've taken lots of photos in dusk, straight at the sun, dawn, at lamps, in welllit rooms and so on..

I have read this also and I do believe it helps.

Agree about the UV filter. There was a guy here a couple of years ago complaining of something similar in a nightclub set of pics. He removed the UV filter and most of those glares went away.

It takes a particular angle. The filter exacerbates it. Don't feel bad, I've had the same issue with my 50L:

To be fair I've only noticed the problem at times when I've had a filter on, that doesn't mean you have to have a filter to experience it though.
:edit: by the way, are you using a hood?

No, no hood.
Maybe i should try a hood and no uv-filter to see if it works better?

Here is a shot I took when I got my first camera. If you look at the lit name at the top of the building, you can see it ghosting which was caused by the UV_filter. Took the filter off and the problem went away.

I agree with that. Looks like filter reflections to me.

My guess is that this lens has been doing this in the past, and now you are just hyper-sensitive to the effects. Nothing has happened to the lens, you just have hit the perfect conditions: 1) the lighting, settings, and angles needed exasperate the issue and 2) the material shows the flare/reflections quite easily.

It is just the way it is with that particular lens.
