In order of priority, take for your full frame camera your: 1) 24-105L, 2) 17-40L, and 3) 70-200L. All of this depends, of course, on the pictures you think you might take. The 24-105 is probably the best general-purpose lens. The 17-40, when used carefully, can produce great scenic shots. The 70-200 would be best for distance shots, such as for surfers. If you go to a luau, it usually includes native dancing. At night, your 70-200/2.8 would be very useful.
On previous trips to the Big Island, I used mostly my 17-85 (which I no longer have) and 10-22 on my 60D and 30D. Your nearest equivalents are your 17-40 and 24-105.
