I am a big fan of these relics of the past, all to soon all that will be left of this is the photographic record Would you mind sharing just what the sentimental value is? Sep 28, 2012 19:35 | #3 It seems like the whites could be pushed up a bit - the sky looks a little too dark to me and the highlights on the foreground logs look gray. I don't see any true whites on my monitor. -- Image Editing OK --

This type of wood has that 1800's useless look burned by the sun. You took a shot of decrepit things and made them visually modern with a touch of the old film. Good Shot.

Agree - the tones are all pretty consistent throughout the image. More subject separation would be nicer for me. Dave

Control your highlights, shadows, darks, etc There are no rules for a good photograph and there are no excuses for a bad one.
