I took a trip to Vermont a couple weeks ago to shoot some Coverd Bridges. I thought I should do this before a new storm washes some more away. Here are a couple shots from that trip.

Early morning shot of Comstock Bridge

I hope to get back up to Vermont to continue to shoot the bridges. Also hoping for some fall color next time.

Very cool. Never seen anything like that out here in California. That extra layer (whether intended or not) of juxtaposition between familiar and foreign makes these images really pop out for me. Can't decide whether I like #2 or #3 the best!

3 with a bit of cropping could be really nice.

Thank you for your comments. I like 3 the best myself. I just couldn't find a shooting position that gave me everything I wanted in the shot. So I settled for this. I did try a few crops but didn't like what I came up with. I'll try again now that a couple of weeks have passed and I can look at the shot with clearer eyes.
