Exuma Iguana's in The Bahamas

Some pictures from a few years back of the Iguana's that live on one of the Exuma Cays (pronounced 'Keys' like Florida Keys, not 'Kay' like Kay jewelers ) in The Bahamas.

The are quite tame (as in they will come right up to you looking for handouts), but of course I would suggest that if you see them, to drop the food near them instead of holding it out to them as I'm sure they can bite!

I really couldn't even guesstimate their size... If I had to equate to a dog I would say they were a little around the size/weight of a dachshund but longer due to the tail...

But that is a rough guess.

Did you see the swimming pigs while in the Exuma's?

I have seen pictures of them, but they were not on this particular island that we stopped at.
