Camera Upgrade Opinion.

The 7d and 60d have the same sensor, so don't expect an IQ difference. If you NEED the faster AF and burst rates then obviously the 7d is the choice, but if you're a stills or portrait shooter, the 60d AF is perfectly fine.
There are people who shoot sports with a 60d on this forum just fine, so keep in mind photographer skill makes a big difference.

I think the 60d should be your choice. Through CLP you should be at about $640 minus tax (if applicable)
