Canon appears to have started making center pinch lens caps now, at least in 52mm with the E-52 II cap. B&H lists them here
as a new item. Hopefully they will add the other sizes.

Ishoot4fun Senior Member  275 posts Joined Dec 2011 More info | I just received my centre pich style cap from Hong Kong Friday, this is from e-bay, cost me 1 dollar shipped to my door in Canada says canon on the cap and its 67mm for my 70-200 f/4l, not bad considering my local camera store wants at least 10.00 before tax for one that us blank. 7d/T3i/70-200 f4/50mm f1.8/85 1.8/ 18-55/
