Bird ID Help

I have been seeing this bird on the feeder. Took a shot today. I thought it was something in the Finch Family. But now I don't what it is.

That is a Rose-breasted Grosbeak; first year juvenile, I believe. Nice job

Indeed, a young male Rose-Breasted Grosbeak. Give him time and he'll look a lot better

Found it in the book and looks like you are spot on.

Actually been trying for a few hours to get it in the lens. Got some more shots with flash. Hope one turns out better and hope more come around. It is exciting seeing a different bird once in a while.
