Don't you already have several other threads regarding your decision over 7D vs 1D3?

Either one will be fine. Neither one will automagically fix the basics of exposure, composition, timing, or post-processing.

I can buy a 7D now easily, but i really don't want to buy more bodies without replace or getting rid of another, so i still wait until i can sell my 30D, but the prices offered are very low that i don't plan to sell.

If you're waiting until the selling value of your 30D increases before you buy a new body, you'll be waiting a long, long, long time.

In fact i wait a miracle where i may get a money somewhere that may cover the lost or decreased offer so even if i sell it at the current lower price i still have another money got it somewhere and add little moe by mine and get 7D, but i don't want to add my current money on the selling price because i am thinking about another things to get over 7D, such as 70-200 mk2, 5D3, 1DX, MF lens....etc, so i will not going to sacrifice my saving money for a xxD, but also i will wait longer a bit if i want to get those i mentioned more expensive gear as well, so don't think i will buy 7D to through it next day, in all cases if i replaced that 30D with 7D with extra money i get somewhere then it will be always a good backup for my 1-series.
