Some great shots here; the last one looks like a shrike of some kind with that heavy, hooked bill.

What a great opportunity to get some very interesting shots, Robert. I'll let Al and his shrike opinion stand as I have no idea. I just love that "Lilac Breasted Roller" though. What a look, and what a name!

I was also thinking Shrike, but I can't pin down a species.
